NOTE: Kindly make a proper unboxing video with shipping label visible while opening the parcel, we would request your for the same in case of refund or return or any replacement cases.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return only in case of any product damage or worned out.

Once the order is shipped, we wont be able to cancel it. So kindly let us know with 24 hours of placing the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

The company reserves the sole right to cancel any order at any time, without prior notice. We also retain the right to revise, increase, or decrease the price of any product at our discretion.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit/ Gift card within 3-4 business days.

Sale items more than 25% discounted will not be returned or exchanged.

Wrong Product Ordered

We understand that mistakes can happen while placing an order! If you've ordered the wrong product, we'd be happy to assist with an exchange—provided the correct product is available in stock.
